How do gift reservations work?

When someone reserves a wish from your list, it's marked as taken for everyone else - so you never unwrap a duplicate. You don't see who reserved what, so the surprise stays intact.

Do friends and family need the app to see my wishlist?

No. Anyone with your share link can open the wishlist in a browser - handy for family who don't have the app. Creating wishlists and following friends happens in the app.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Open the Profile tab in the app - the support section lets you report an issue or send a feature request directly to us. Or email us at the address above.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to the Profile tab and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, wishlists, wishes, friends, and photos.
